Synopsis:

What:

  • I work as a User Researcher for Microsoft’s Azure IoT Central product.

  • I have worked on multiple research studies for Azure IoT central that have covered anywhere from validating new feature concepts by product managers, identifying user pain points and areas for improvement for design, to revamping the navigation menu for the product, and more

Roles:

My Role: User Researcher

Purpose:

  • Identify the feelings, moods, expectations, and pain points for various user groups ranging from police officers, detectives, sergeants, IT managers, and record clerks

  • Relay these research findings to product managers, designers, and engineers.
